Christians living in confusing or controlling relationships often struggle to put words to what they’ve been experiencing. In this opening session, we’ll explore what the world calls narcissism, how these patterns often operate beneath the surface, and how Scripture helps bring truth and clarity to confusing relationship dynamics.
Session 2: IMPACT
Tuesday 26th May @ 7:00pm
Toxic and controlling relationships affect far more than emotions alone. Over time, they can deeply impact identity, confidence, peace, discernment, and even a person’s relationship with God. This session explores the hidden emotional, mental, and spiritual effects these relationships often leave behind.
Session 3: HEALING
Tuesday 2nd June @ 7:00pm
Information alone doesn’t fully heal the wounds left behind by toxic relationships. In this final session, we’ll explore what true healing and restoration can look like through Christ - including identity, truth, spiritual renewal, wisdom, and learning how to walk in peace again.

MEET MIKE & JEN
Mike and Jen are the founders of Finding Home - a Christ-centred ministry supporting people recovering from toxic, confusing, and controlling relationships.
Over many years, they have walked alongside individuals navigating narcissistic relationship dynamics, emotional abuse, spiritual confusion, trauma bonds, and identity loss. Their approach combines biblical truth, compassionate understanding, and practical insight to help people find clarity, peace, and restoration in Christ.
These free online sessions were created to provide a safe space for people to better understand what they may be experiencing - and to begin bringing hidden relationship dynamics into the light.
