Purchase Agreement

1. Agreement

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of any products, services, programs, events, coaching, mentoring, ministry, courses, memberships, workshops, digital resources, or related offerings ("Services") provided by Finding Home.

Finding Home is operated by Streams and Rivers, trading as Finding Home ("Finding Home", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing any Service from Finding Home, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Nature of Services

Finding Home provides:
• Christian coaching
• Mentoring
• Prayer ministry
• Group coaching
• Educational courses
• Digital resources
• Workshops and seminars
• Online communities
• Live and virtual events
• Personal development and discipleship programs

Our Services are educational, spiritual, mentoring, and personal development services.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic services.

Participation in any Service is voluntary.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice where necessary.
• Finding Home makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, healing, restoration, personal growth, financial improvement, relationship reconciliation, or spiritual experiences.

Testimonials and success stories are examples only and do not guarantee future results.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

Payment may be made through approved payment processors selected by Finding Home.

By purchasing a Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.

Access to Services may be withheld until payment is received.

5. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered:
• You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
• A payment plan is not a month-to-month membership and does not create a right to cancel future payments after participation has commenced.
• Failure to utilise the Services does not remove your payment obligations.
• Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of access to Services.

Finding Home reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts through reasonable collection processes where permitted by law.

6. Refund Policy

Digital Products and Self-Paced Courses

Digital products and self-paced courses may be eligible for a refund if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Finding Home reserves the right to deny refund requests where substantial portions of the content have been accessed, downloaded, completed, copied, or consumed.

Strategy Sessions

Strategy Sessions may be cancelled and refunded if notice is provided at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Once a Strategy Session has commenced or been delivered, no refund is available.

Coaching, Mentoring, Ministry and Group Programs

Programs that include coaching, mentoring, ministry, group coaching, or facilitated support are eligible for a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided that:
• No coaching session has occurred;
• No ministry session has occurred;
• No significant program content has been accessed; and
• No group coaching participation has taken place.

Once participation has commenced, all payments become non-refundable.

Live Events and Workshops

Event registrations may be cancelled for a refund up to thirty (30) days prior to the event unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Within thirty (30) days of the event, registrations are non-refundable.

At Finding Home's discretion, tickets may be transferred to another participant or future event.

7. Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.

If a client wishes to reschedule:
• At least forty-eight (48) hours notice is required.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited.

Finding Home is under no obligation to replace missed sessions.

8. Group Coaching and Community Participation

Finding Home seeks to create safe, respectful, and supportive environments.

Participants agree to:
• Treat others respectfully.
• Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
• Avoid harassment, abuse, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour.
• Refrain from sharing another participant's personal information without consent.

Finding Home reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the values of the community.

No refund will be provided where removal results from participant misconduct.

9. Confidentiality

Finding Home respects the confidentiality of clients and participants.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings, online communities, workshops, or events involving multiple participants.

Participants are responsible for exercising discretion regarding information they choose to share.

10. Session Recordings

Group sessions, workshops, webinars, classes, and training programs may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to such recordings being made and shared with enrolled participants where appropriate.

Participants may choose to keep cameras off where available.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Finding Home remain the intellectual property of Finding Home.

This includes:
• Course materials
• Workbooks
• PDFs
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Training resources
• Presentations
• Frameworks
• Methodologies
• Logos and branding

Materials are licensed to the purchaser only.

Participants may not:
• Reproduce
• Copy
• Record
• Sell
• Distribute
• Share
• Republish
any materials without prior written permission.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing a Service, you agree to contact Finding Home first to attempt resolution of any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to Services may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is investigated.

Finding Home reserves the right to provide this Agreement, attendance records, payment records, and evidence of service delivery in response to any payment dispute.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finding Home and its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any Service.

Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at the participant's own risk.

14. Force Majeure

Finding Home shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver Services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Illness
• Internet outages
• Government actions
• War
• Civil unrest
• Technical failures

Where possible, Services will be rescheduled or alternative arrangements provided.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
